Video1Viewfinity User Migration is another XP to Windows 7 migration tool. It doesn’t automatically move the applications, you have to reinstall them yourself or use another deployment tool. It does handle XP desktops that are used by multiple users quite elegantly. This screencast shows you how it works.

  • Viewfinity thanks you for the product review! In addition to simplifying the task of migration by providing a centralized, multiple AD user migration process, other functionality that Viewfinity continues to improve upon with the User Migration tool is the number of application settings that can also be migrated along with the user profile settings, etc. As of today, we support application versions that are certified with Microsoft and supported in their USMT. We've received feedback from a number of users who have answered our call to provide us with application settings and OS settings they would like us to support. While not every request can be developed and incorporated, we believe feedback from your review will help us identify the applications that are not part of our out-of-the-box capabilities which we need to support for corporate-level, multi-user migration projects.
